Artwork of the Week
Wednesday, July 05, 2006
In the interest of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the women's march on parliament I'm posting a second Artwork of the Week, and I think this one is cooler. Four woman are being looked for by the police in connection with the robbery from SANG of R6000 worth of handbag and sunglasses. Somebody should give these women a Brett Kebble Award. Now if only the camera that caught them had been the one by Rosenclaire outside it could have been Artwork of the Year, second to none. But how did they pay the hefty R10 entrance... I'm sure they don't have a press card. And thanks to the CapeTowner for their consistently good coverage of the art of the city.
