So I think I'm tired of this winter hibernation thing. There's not even any interesting new gossip, beside the fact that no-one wants to take over the thankless task of being the new AVA director. Could someone please put Estelle out of her misery? So I'm just posting some old stuff, till maybe someone in this town does something interesting. I found this old business card and I had a good laugh. It belonged to Swiss artists Lang and Baumann, from when they had an exhibition here, at the old Bell-Roberts, and built the L/B's bar above Jo'burg. Apparently this photo comes from Suzette B-R getting bounced off one of their inflatable sculptures and breaking her ankle. Hehe.Also got this mail in my inbox recently:

his students. Both the Ice Cream sculpture at the Waterfront and a
piece at the Convention Centre have been mentioned. Who claims that he
stole from them, is there any hard evidence, are there photographs? Is
it common practice for lecturers to do this, are any others
implicated?

I'm not sure it's even still interesting, but could someone please help this sucker out and tell him the truth... Gavin Younge has an 'e' on the end. But I did do a quick web search and could only find a few brief mentions of it, and no real evidence, not even the name of the student. Anyone know?
