So, I dropped by this very drunken party on Tuesday night, at the Waiting Room. I was pleasantly surprised to see loads of artists out and ready to party on a week night, especially seening as it was for a good cause (can't quite remember for what, but there was a raffle)(which I didn't win). The highlight of the evening must have been a drunken artist with rock star delusions trying to raffle off his underwear at the last moment, and later having to fish them out from under a couch where they had been kicked with derision. Another bonus was that the promised showing of video art never happened, cause who really gives a shit about that stuff... VJ Bill Ryzer was doing a great job without it, mixing up his own animations. Awesome stuff. Oh, and I got an entire beer poured inside my pants.
