An Email from a Mysterious Paolo Jordan

I received an email today from someone calling themselves Paolo Jordan... Possibly this was supposed to be from Pallo Jordan, our minister of Arts and Culture. Strange. Anyway, he sent me a link to this news article. Apparently someone is using the DAC logo to head a refund scam. It just seems like a bit of a stupid crime... who do they think has actually been funded by the DAC?
