so, sometimes I am wrong: the Old Man, "Battlin' Barend", aka "The Beast", aka "Big Boy" did us geriatrics proud. Not only did he go 15 rounds, but he inflicted a helluva lot of damage. Swolen lips, bleeding thighs, bruised pecs. What a champ! And now I guess I'll be putting on my slippers, footing up in front of the fire with my bowl of toothless soup, dreaming off and on of yesterday, the smaell of rosin, the clang of the bell, the magnesium flare, the crowd's hush ... and the foxes, oh God! the foxes. It's what Ali called Dreamtime, gotta keep ones's wits in the dreamtime,m as the light fades and the man in black, scythe high, parts the curtain & steps inside...
Yuri, do you have some kind of issue with 'old' people having anything relevant to say as artists? If your limitations are so dire, speak for yourself mate
keep on running kid, maybe the faint glimmer of light ahead is another dawn. Otherwise, shall we & why not , kiss our arses bye-bye...
