Maybe someone got their calendar confused, using the Julian not the Gregorian. Because, as it turns out, the Cape Africa Platform, the biennale formerly known as Cape '07, formerly known as Trans Cape, has finally gotten it's funding from the Lotto. The rumour is that the figure wandered into R4 000 000 region. Just in time to have a kick-ass closing party. Or maybe pay some bonuses.
